Q: How can i send the pictures to you?

You may choose to email us the photos if it is of lower resolution.
However, for the best effects, we would prefer high resolution pictures.

If the files are too large to send via email, you may choose to use online file sharing website such as YouSendIt (https://www.yousendit.com/) and send us the links to download the pictures.

You may choose to burn a cd of your pictures needed and if the meet up location is convenient for you, we can make special arrangement for a pre-order meet up.

Q: How long will it take to process my orders?

We will reply with a confirmation that the order will be done after discussion on how the customization will be made. Upon receiving a confirmation email and verifications of payment received, items are available for collection in about 5 days time. (provided no delay from supplier)

Q: Where can i collect my items?
Collection points are available at Bugis Junction, Tampines, Orchard (Takashimaya), Toa Payoh, Suntec City mall (every Sunday), Any MRT station along North East Line, MRT stations from Bugis to Pasir Ris.

Other locations are available subjected to our availability.

Q: Are postage or registered mail available?

Yes, Registered mail or postage are available at buyer's cost.
As some of the items are quite heavy and fragile, we would highly encourage self collection.
We will not be liable for lost of postage or damage of items via normal post thus self collection or registered mail is recommended.
Please do note that it may take a longer duration for postage as compared to self collection.

Q: What are the available payment methods?

Bank transfer to POSB and UOB bank accounts.

* If your item is out of stock, we will do a full refund to your bank account.
